Full 5 Year Warranty, Plus a 2 Year Limited Warranty

Product Covered by this Warranty

• This warranty covers all lighting products manufactured and sold by American LED Company, Inc. that, because of a manufacturing defect, fails to work or operate properly including LED chips, heat sink, housing and reflectors.
• This warranty does not cover lighting products that are damaged as a result of faulty electrical service, power surges, misuse or abuse.

Warranty Period

• The period in which the full warranty is in effect will be the first 5 years from the date of original purchase. The remaining 2 years will be subject to a limited warranty in which defective products will be prorated in year 6 and year 7 accordingly.

Warranty Remedies

• During the full warranty period, (the first 5 years from the original date of purchase) American LED Company will provide the following remedy in the event of a manufacturing defect:
  • Year 1 to 5: American LED Company will repair or replace, at its sole option, the defective product.
  • Original receipt or other Proof of Purchase documentation will be necessary to process any warranty claim.
• During the limited warranty period (year 6 and 7):
  • Year 6: 50% credit of the original purchase price toward the purchase of a replacement light or we will repair the defective fixture at our option
  • Year 7: 25% credit of the original purchase price toward the purchase of a replacement light or we will repair the defective fixture at our option
  • Original receipt or other Proof of Purchase documentation will be necessary to process any warranty claim.
